In 2016 inspired by my own needs (a food source that would complement my diet) and identifying consumer's trends of lack of time to shop and cook their own meals I launched a new product into the market; Cataringa (sanitized an pulverized moringa). Moringa is a new super food which strengthens our immune system and fights infectious diseases including cold and flu. From its conception, cooperation was at the heart of Cataringa, it was clear that establishing collaborative networks was going to be determinant for the successful commercialization of the novel product idea so I created alliances with a University, juice bars, vegan restaurants, gyms and fitness instructors to encourage a faster adoption of the product and brand recognition. This is a good example of when we do something purposeful and positive tends to be more powerful as it resonates with more people. Most recently we were looking to extend the product portfolio and created a lean canvas workshop to present a pitch deck to raise capital.
